Each print begins with something small—a curious object, a feeling, or even just a color. I find inspiration in the mundane, the internet, the surreal, and how everything combines into a stew of our reality. Stew? Sure. That’s one way to describe it.
I pull from whatever is around me and throw it all onto my iPad. It’s messy, it’s colorful, and it speaks when words fail. (Or, when I say stew.)

My paintings usually start in the same place as my prints—by absorbing the world around me, followed by some deep imagining. I use acrylics on wood, letting the texture guide me as I paint. I take dance breaks and lose myself in reruns of my favorite shows playing in the background. It’s a process as layered and kooky as the finished work itself.
My pet portraits are where my art journey began—a way to create and connect with friends during the pandemic. I love the collaboration, the quirks, and all the beautiful weirdness people bring. I really just love how people love things.
