When will my artwork arrive?

Prints
All prints are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party printing service. Please allow 2 weeks for printing, packing, and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another notification once your order ships.

Original Artwork
Original pieces are carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking info. If you haven’t received an update, feel free to reach out.

Custom Artwork
Custom artwork is created just for you! The process usually takes 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and items involved, plus an additional 5–10 days for shipping. Once complete and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. If you haven’t gotten a shipping notification, your order is still in progress.

What is your return policy?

Prints
All print sales are final. However, if a print arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo, and I’ll arrange a replacement.

Original Artwork
Original artwork sales are final, as each piece is one-of-a-kind. In the rare event of damage during shipping, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a resolution.

Custom Artwork
Due to the unique, personalized nature of custom artwork, all custom orders are final and non-refundable. I’m committed to ensuring you’re satisfied—please reach out if you have any concerns upon receiving your piece.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment! But someday!

Can I request color or size changes to the artwork?

Prints
Prints are produced in the colors and sizes offered to maintain the integrity of each piece. Custom adjustments to prints aren’t available at this time.

Original Artwork
Original artworks are completed pieces and are sold as-is. I hope you love them in their original form!

Custom Artwork
Custom artwork is highly personalized to your vision, so while I’m open to ideas, please share specific preferences during the order process. However, once the painting begins, changes may not be possible.

Can I use your artwork for something?
